Sleep Focus not turning on automatically?

I've set my Sleep Schedule at 10 pm last night with the "Turn On at Wind Down" to off. I'm under the impression that even if this is off it should run at my set schedule.

Come 10 pm but nothing happened. Sleep Focus didn't turn on.

I've restarted the phone and tested Sleep Focus again this morning; Set it at 8:20 am, waited, and nothing!

You're lucky. Mine seems to have a life of its own. Focus turns on hours before its supposed to and nothing I do seems to make it behave as I would expect.

Focus is a joke. Should have never been created.
