Hi Guys/Girls.

I need some help!

My Mac Mini is on 24/7 and it is set to NEVER sleep.

Reason being because when it goes to sleep i cant use logmein or similar (even though i have the paid version)

Do i need some settings changing on my Mac in order to make it sleep?

I only use it as a Plex server or access it via Logmein whilst mobile ....

My Mac mini has been running 24/7 since I purchased it in July 2011, no problems so far. If you want your machine to go to sleep, go to 'System preferences' and then to 'Energy Saver' and choose when you want the computer to sleep. If you have installed 'Caffeine' make sure is not on.

I use a mini a a Plex server, as well. I just leave it on 24/7, using Caffeine to keep it awake. There's no need to have it sleep.... ever. LogMeIn won't activate the wake-on-LAN feature.
