So, I went to make sure my Mac was not going to go to sleep because I am downloading a large file and I don't want it stopping. Afterwords, I would typically set sleep to an hour or so.
Apparently, Apple has decided this extremely basic function of a computer needed to be gone.

According to my 10 minutes of searching, it was removed a few years ago. Some posts claiming it was Mojave (I still have a sleep slider in Mojave, and Catalina) Some say it was earlier.
I'm on a Mac Pro 4,1/5,1 (Yes, the unsupported one) running latest 12.1

I know I can do this in terminal, but it is counter-productive when I could just quickly open energy saver and move a slider! Does anyone have any 3rd party recommendations for this "feature"? Even a menu bar slider like this but for sleep time would be better.

Next time I do a large file transfer or a download I'll just make it a point to boot into Mojave I guess...

Does it need to be a slider?

That could work. I suppose I could just set whatever time I want it to sleep in the terminal, and use this when I don’t want it to.

Thanks!
