i tell you what has helped me a lot in a number of ways. getting up earlier. i don't REALLY have to be at work until 10, but that's pushing it. i usually got there about 10:15 - 10:30. i decided to get to work earlier and now i usually get to work about 8:00 - 8:30. it was hard for the first two weeks but now i have more energy* and actually get more stuff done while i'm at work. i've been getting better a nights sleep and more productive in all my endevors.
* coincidence that i also now have a fridge stocked full of Pepsi? But really though i do have more energy.
