Is there a recommended sleep tracking app?

I’m using the built in Apple sleep track on my Ultra 2, and whilst I’m laying still scrolling Facebook in bed, it says I’m asleep.

Obviously I’m not and you’d think the fact I’m actively using my phone it would know this.

It also doesn’t know when I’m awake and still trying to sleep, or trying to fully wake in the mornings.

Anything more accurate around?

Consider trying third-party sleep tracking apps like Sleep Cycle or Fitbit's sleep tracking feature, which may offer more accurate results compared to built-in options like Apple Sleep.

Thats what I’m looking for, a 3rd party app with more accuracy :)

+1 on AutoSleep. AppleHealth is gaining ground, getting much better.
I used Rise for a while, fun app buta bit on the expensive side for almost no evolution and when they changed their icon I quit it.
