G’day folks

Im hoping that someone can shed some light on this…
Currently have a AW Ultra 1 running latest software.

The sleep schedule is set from 21:30 to 05:30 daily.
I go to bed around 9pm and am probably asleep by 10pm, however the sleep app only registers my sleep from the early hours of the morning and records 3 - 4 hours sleep per day. This is clearly inaccurate because I know that I am getting around 7 hours sleep per night.

Has anyone had similar problems and did you manage to solve it?

Check it’s set to use the Apple Watch to track sleep.

Apple Watch app > Sleep > Track sleep with Apple Watch.

Also check its set to mirror focus mode and that you do indeed have a sleep focus. The watch needs to be in this mode to track sleeps.
