Hello! I am curious, is anyone having sleep/wake issues under El Capitan? I am using a 2010 MacBook Air and since Public Beta 1 I have experienced an issue where my Mac does not wake properly from sleep mode. I have to hold the power button to shutdown and then restart on many occasions. I have tried re-installing El Capitan already and I have also installed Public Beta 2 to no fix. I submitted feedback using the Feedback Assistant app but I am curious if anyone else is experiencing this.

If this is a repeat post, I'm sorry I am traveling so I haven't been able to read all the forums quite yet. :)

Once my late-2013 MBP wouldn't wake at all and had to be pulled out of the dock, opened, and restarted. It's waken fine since, but much slower than before. I keep mine in a Hange Dock most of the time.

My Retina IMAC wakes very slowly after several mouse clicks or keyboard strokes. With Yosemite no such problem.

I have been having these same issues on a 2014 mbp. I need to restart after waking at least 5 times per day.

Yes, this has happened to me twice now, I immediately thought it was this Public Beta and it turns out it is.

Report it.
