iPhone Sleeping iPhone immediately wakes lock screen permanently (EDIT: fixed)

If I sleep my phone, it goes black briefly but then immediately wakes the lock screen and then won't sleep again. If I try and sleep it again, it repeats the same behavior. Essentially my screen is impossible to turn off. Help. On iPhone 5, 7.0.6. Here are my installed tweaks:

Activator
Barrel
Bitesms
MultitaskingGestures
SleepFX
Springtomize 3

EDIT: it was SleepFX! Uninstalled and fixed.
