Inspired by an October episode of the Accidental Tech Podcast (https://atp.fm/607), I've recently released an app that the hosts were discussing they wanted to exist but currently didn't.
The premise is relatively simple: how can you better understand what impacts your sleep? SleepTag helps you do just this. It combines sleep data captured automatically with e.g. your Apple Watch with information about your habits and a personal sleep score to provide insights. Maybe reading before bed helps you sleep? Maybe you get more deep sleep after meditating? SleepTag will help you understand just that!

A quick note on the business model as it is something I have received extensive feedback on: this app lets you unlock more advanced features with a subscription. I know this is not everyone's cup of tea, but the unfortunate reality is that to try and create a sustainable app as an indie developer, you either need to go down the path of using privacy-invasive third-party ad platforms, or a subscription. This is to ensure I can dedicate the requisite time to updating the app, adding new features, etc. I have tried to price it fairly - the app (I hope!) provides some useful data, but I'm under no illusions that it's something that users would pay a lot for. Therefore, it's the price of a couple of cups of coffee a year - I'd really appreciate it if you considered subscribing to help support its future development if you find it useful or like the concept.
