Not really sure why the Slide To Upgrade screen comes up after I reboot the phone. It doesnt occur on a Respring...only on a Power Off/ Power On cycle... or using the Reboot function. Has this happen to anyone? I've already restored and re-jailbroke my phone once already, and now this is happening again.... I'm not sure if its a tweak that is causing this.....I've uninstalled like the previous 3 tweaks that I installed recently just to be sure....but it's still happening....Please help!

There's nothing that a full restore / rejailbreak couldnt fix.
