iPhone 14 Pro Max Slight Choppiness When Shooting Video in 4K60 HDR

I'm noticing some slight frame skips on my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen when shooting video in 4K 60fps HDR. Funny thing is, the frame skips are not there when reviewing the shot video.

I also remember having this minor issue on my old iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Anybody else notice this?
