Slight crack by the slient/vibration button, will apple exchange?

So I take my case off my iPhone and I notice that there is. Slight crack by the silent/vibration button is it possible that apple will exchange my iPhone? Ialso notice that the light has been leaking from the bezel recently.

Same thing happened to me. I called AppleCare and they asked me a very specific series of questions, sent me to an apple store and the genius asked the exact same questions. Obviously a known issue that they are trying to get info on. To answer your question yes they will exchange it.
