Slight flickering on early 2013 rMBP

My early 2013 rMBP is flickering ever so slightly. It gets brighter and less brighter (but never flickers completely off). It's annoying, but I can bare it for now. My concern is that it will get worse over time. Has anyone else experienced flickering on 2013 Retina MacBook Pros?

See if turning off the wifi fixes it. If that's the case, I had the same issue. I brought it to the Genius Bar and had the problem fixed after they had it sent out for repair.
