Slightly older MPB + Leopard?

'm sure this has been answered on numerous occasions, but I am contemplating buying Leopard for my 2.16 ghz CD MBP. It has 2 GB memory to boot. I am very happy with how well its handling 10.4.10, but clearly Leopard will be fun. How well do you think my machine will be able to handle it? Also, how much do you think it will slow down my MBP?

Leopard is supposed to be faster than Tiger...

That is going to run it just fine. All of the intel processors are going to run it fine. I'm curious about running it on my G4....
