Sling player app question

I have a quick question, unfortunately I work on sundays in a place where I can't get local NFL games. I have. Login for the direct tv App but wonder if I should get a sling box with the sling app. I'm not sure which one gives better quality on 3G since I have no wifi at work. Also last thing is I have tvs at work that i want to know if I can use the av out on the iPhone to have the game play on a tv. Thanks everyone for help!

The quality of the sling player is going to depend greatly on how fast your internet upload speed is (at home). Going to need at least 512kb/s to have a decent picture.
