Slingplayer SOLO and iPad 3 / ios 6

Anyone notice only low SQ quality is now streaming from the SOLO to a ipad 3 on ios 6?

The HQ and auto settings are greyed out.

- Due to an issue with iOS 6, HQ and Auto place-shifting are currently disabled with the Slingbox SOLO; this issue will be fixed by the end of October. In the meantime, please use SQ for place-shifting.

I also noticed that I am no longer able to watch my sling on my BMW iDrive screen with the new version of sling player for my iphone. I used to be able to put my phone into the cradle and output the video to my iDrive screen. Not liking this version at ALL....
