Absolutely abysmal service

The download is absolutely ridiculous...it reminds me of 1993 and 14.4k modems. Had I known it would take 16 hours I would not have purchased online. I could have flown to the other side of the country and back in that time! Where is the service...it's not like bandwidth is that expensive these days...they could use the money they save on publishing and shipping my CD to buy some bandwidth!

Just to keep a going log of whats happening I have yet again asked for a refund and repurchased the software.

After my very first download atempt something must have happened over night since I woke up to a 1.96gb file.

I am now starting to wonder if I torrent the mac copy and use my CD code if that has any legal ramifications since the download service I PAYED FOR doesn't seem to actually function as it should.
