Slow copy link or press hold on iPad Pro 12.9 third generation

Hello everybody, I am trying to figure out how to do it in right way. When I try to copy link or press hold on app to delete, it shows slow about 5 seconds to me. It’s different than old iPads. It’s something has to do with new iOS itself. Otherwise hopefully you know how and let me know? Thanks.

Following. I observed same thing. delete takes it a while
