Slow Internet? Airport card? Video!

This imac is about 1 year old and I just reformatted it to see if that was the problem but it wasn't. Can someone give me an idea of what is wrong. My guess is airport card is going out.

Sorry, not going to watch the video, and it looks like no one else wants to either. If it's under warranty, bring it in to have it fixed. If it's your internet connection that's slow, call your ISP.
