Slow-ish boot and "slow" SSD?

Mac Mini 2011 with Mountain Lion 10.8.2 fresh install, 2.3 GHz i5, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD (Samsung 830).

Time from pressing the start button until login window, 25 sec. Seems slow-ish to me. I have seen 15 sec on Youtube with the same specs.

I have downloaded Disk Speed Test and got the following numbers: Write 329 MB/s, Read 428 MB/s. The read speed seems slow. Close to 500 seems to be normal if I Google it.

I just installed the 240GB SSD from SanDisk I got yesterday as a Birthday Present. It is awesome. The first time I turned it on I got around 40 seconds, then 72, then 16, then 60, then 15 and then 15 again. So I just kept rebooting and it seemed to make it work

Hope you get it working it is insane.
