I bought a used MacBook Pro early 2015 and its super slow with the spinning wheel. When I type it lags.
opening apps take a few seconds to come up. I replaced the ssd with an nvme figuring it would fix the issue. I've re installed the os 5 times. a fresh install at that. I installed Mojave and high Sierra a few times and nothing fixes it. how can it be below average not sure what's going on. I can return it, but if I can fix it even better.
