Slow Mountain Lion shutdown

I keep having slow shutdowns on my mid 2009 macbook pro (160 GB hdd, 4gigs of ram, no external hdds). I don't use any third party apps that seems to cause shutdown problems (paralells, for examples), just safari and skype. The mountan lion is a clean install, not lion upgrade, all apps up to date. The slow shutdowns are quite random, sometimes it shuts down very quickly, but lately the slowness is getting more frequent, normal shutdown rarely happens lately. As my mac shuts down, there is a grey screen, with the spinning wheel, what is keeps spinning.

I searched google for this error, but didn't found any useful information about it.
Any ideas, sugestions?

A large number of people have noticed it, bug reports have been filed, I think the belief is that 10.8.3 will fix it, when it is released...

I think the belief is that 10.8.3 will fix it, when it is released...

thank you for your quick answers, as a noob, after posting i noticed that there are several threads about this problem. i did check with google search before posting, and it didn't find these threads, so i wrongly assumed, that here are none.
