Slow read/write speeds on brand new SSD with Rocketraid 640L

Installed a Highpoint Rocketraid 640L in the 4x PCIE slot and connected two 500gb WD blue NAND SSD`s.
Did some testing writing and reading 5gb file with Blackmagic Disk speed test. Speeds are crap! Read or write stays around the 180 mark, never breaching 200!
I was expecting the double to honest...

Where is the bottleneck here?

No!
Have not been able to connect to the webGUI, and I do not know of any other ways to make a RAID volume. card is recognized as generic AHCI controller.
