Slow Shutdown

Lion running smooth so far but I'm getting a 10-15 second shut down in comparison to 3-5 second SD on Snow Leopard.

Anyone else getting this?

Takes about 1 second on my MBP with SSD.
Though I always disable the 'Open Windows ...' feature. I guess you didn't.

How do you disable that from showing up on the Shut Down menu?
