Hello all,
First post long time reader.
I am wondering if anyone else's iphone seems to sync real slow?
It took like 20 min to update some small podcasts.
Maybe I am thinking to much and should just go with the slow flow.:D

Which USB port are you using? Make sure its the 2.0 USB port - it will work in the USB 1.0 port but will be very slow (on a PowerBook the USB 2.0 is on the left, not sure which type of computer your using)

thanks more info

I am on a Mbp hooked up to a cinema display.
I have the dock attached to the back
of the display. That should be USB2
I thought. It was fast the first time
not now though.
bummer
thanks JOZA

So when you have sync problems like these, try to remove the following folder(s)

/user/Library/Application Support/SyncServices/Local

The programs doing to sync will recreate the files after you delete them and it provides you with a fresh start.

Always wise to backup the files before you delete them in case you want to reverse the process.

If that doesn't work: Try setting the sync to only sync one item at a time. (turn each tab off except one) Try turning that one off and seeing if it works through all the other syncs ok.
