For the past couple days, the download speeds for the various updates in the Mac App Store have been ridiculously slow. Is there anything I can do about this? Usually the download speeds are reasonably fast, but even just trying to download the OS X 10.10.3 update, it's going at a speed of about 10kbps.

It's not my internet, because here is my current network connection (I know it's slow but this download speed is way slower):

I've also tried this at various other wifi hotspots.

Any ideas?

[Edit] Just to add, downloading the update from Apple's website is at a much faster speed

that is a strange one. few standard steps:

PRAM + SMC. disk utility, verify drive and repair permissions.
restart your router and turn airport on/off.

if nothing no change:

Already tried both, and no change. Now updates won't download at all, and are frozen (even after canceling and trying again multiple times). Oddly enough, when I go to download an app from the App Store (not an update), download speeds are normal.

I had this issue as well with anything Apple Related; no resolution...would love to hear if there is anyone who managed to fix it.
