Using newest time capsule and Comcast. Speed test app says my internet is blazing, yet it still seems extremely slow on my devices. Will often stop working, will turn WiFi off and switch to LTE, works great. When I switch back, it usually starts working but still slow. Tried using Google DNS servers, any other ideas? Not sure if it's Comcast service or time capsule or what. Here's the speed test output:

Ping 14ms, download 180 Mbps, upload 12 Mbps.
 
I was getting 90mbps on all my devices then out of nowhere, I was getting 3 Mbps down on my phone. Went crazy rebooting the modem, router and only the phone was the issue.

Ended up simply hard rebooting the phone and I was back up to speed. Have no idea what caused it.
