It's a beta. Therefore there are bugs that may hurt day-to-day operations. Nothing you can do but restore back to Yosemite or wait for a new beta.
Is there anyone else facing this? Or it's only me?
Coz I haven't found anyone complaining about it yet.

Speeds are fine on my MBA and iMac unless the computer hasn't been restarted in 3-4 days then it slows down. A simple restart fixes the issue until 3-4 more days pass.

Restarting, resetting PRAM, SMC, removing network preference files, nothing working with my 2013 rMBP. No issue with the net connection. Net speed is not exceeding 0.5 Mbps. So much frustrated!

Have you tried rebooting your router? Hopefully you have a backup of your system before you installed 10.11.

...and here's me hoping Apple has fixed the inherent wifi problems OS X seems to have, with El Capitan.

I have reset and rebooted the router several times. Didn't work. Now using usb2lan cable as a temporary solution to this frustrating bug. Although I have Yosemite on another partition, but I don’t want to go back to that laggy ****!

I am also experiencing slow Wi-Fi since upgrading last night. I have a 100 MBPS connection but pulling down about 3.5 MBPS now. I've tried all the common suggestions that went along with Yosemite, which I never had a problem with. The funny thing is when I boot into Windows 7 in BootCamp, I get my full bandwidth. So it's clearly a software problem with OSX.

Last beta solved the problem. Update it. You will get relieved.

Yeah, I installed the supplemental update released on Friday. Still slow Wi-Fi connection. I've reset PRAM and SMC, turned off Bluetooth, restored my router to factory settings. Still no relief.

Try Firefox instead of Safari. On the public beta I get 3.5 mbps on Safari and Chrome, and 17-18 mbps on Firefox using wifi. I have submitted a report on this.

Mine seemed to resolve a few days ago. I'm starting to think that it was a setting at the ISP that was changed, because the speed-up didn't coincide with a new beta release.

That is what I was getting before. Those are identical readings so perhaps something is throttling the wifi with a specific cap?

PS I just tried firefox as Bishop suggested, and it worked! Strange. (I then went back to Chrome and it's still crazy slow.)
33ms ping and 42.26 Mbps. Thanks Bishop.
[meanwhile my Android phone gets 77Mbps!]

You are welcome. I wish I knew why Safari started working properly again, but I'm not one to complain at good fortune. Keep checking Safari, perhaps yours will start working again?

I don't even like safari. I'll keep checking Chrome ;-)
