I recently tried to run a program in OS 9 (specifically, Connectix VGS, a playstation emulator). I was able to play the game fine, except for one (big) problem - it ran way too fast. Is there any way of slowing down the program (or the system)? I'm running it on a G4 400 mhz, OS 9.2. The game doesnt run in Classic. I tried lowering the memory, but that just screwed up the graphics and kept the game running just as fast. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

VGS runs too fast? That's weird, on my G3/800 all the games run at the correct speed (or occasionally a bit slower than normal), but I've never seen it run too fast. Look for an option in VGS called "speed limiting" or something (I don't feel like booting into OS 9 to check for you, yeah I'm lazy  ).

yeah, I did some more looking around online, and it turns out that its just this game (Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver). Unfortunately, VGS doesnt have any speed options. oh, well, at least I'll have more of a challenge :D lol
