Sluggish apps on iOS 10.3

Hi, certain apps like Messenger and Mail tend to be very sluggish when scrolling.. anyone else experiencing this? Thanks

I can also see some stutters in the animations since upgrading to 10.3 in some apps (like Snapchat) but also in the interface itself (multitasking, launching and closing apps).

I'm not saying previous iOS 10 versions were stutters free but I can definitely see more slowdown in 10.3.

Nothing too major though and it doesn't really bother me anyway. Also my device is a 7 Plus in case anyone is interested.

My 7 is wicked smooth and stable on 10.3. Have you tried changing your wallpaper to one of the stock ones? I know that fixed the choppiness for some folks during beta testing.

I just tried and it didnt seem to help. Going to try "reset all settings" next and if that doesnt work, looks like its getting a DFU Restore. :/

Very smooth on 6s. I have reduced motion turned on though. Also I did a itunes restore.

Having the same problems on 6S, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, multitasking, swiping into widgets feel like on my Iphone 4. I actually tried to sell my 6S and the customer thought it was fake.

Has anyone done a restore and set up new to see if it alleviates the issue? Really dont want to deal with downloading all the apps and what not again. (nor do I want to organize the 15gb of photos on the phone either)

Anyone on 10.3.2 beta that had these issues in 10.3? I can't stand my phone anymore, i will make a beta profile if it helps.
