Sluggish, choppy performance on 8+

This is unacceptable. iOS 11.0.2 performs slowly and sluggishly on my 8+. It’s acting like it’s a 6 or something. I noticed this started with 11.0.2. Graphics are a bit jerky, performance is slow, and it feels like it takes longer than usual to respond.

Can anyone else confirm?

My iPhone 8 Plus is performing beautifully on 11.0.2. I’m not experiencing anything you seem to be seeing.
