Small videos (in pixels not MB) have them play at actual size?

I might be overlooking something obvious, but how can I get my home video movies from PS camera that makes videos at 320x320 pixels play at actual size on iPad AND NOT STRETCHED TO THE WIDTH OF THE SCREEN, WHICH PIXELATES THE VIDEOS.

Even in portrait the videos are pixelates because they are scaled up to iPad screen width.

Any way to make small videos play at actual size?

I am having the same problem. Unfortunately I don't think their is a solution.
