smart albums in photos app not working

Hello,

i created a smart album in photos, to gather all photos that does not have a description.
it no photos appear in the album, when i clearly left a few photo without any descriptions.

i included screenshots of the smart album rule and the photo info box to show it des not have a description.

Probably of not much help, but that works fine with my Photos.
