The cesspit of civilization
Hi, my wife has an iPad Pro 12.9 and a Smart Keyboard that she uses constantly. Well, used, because since she upgraded the Pro to iPadOS 14, the Smart Keyboard stopped working and constantly interrupts with "unsupported accessory" prompts.

We cleaned the connectors, tried rebooting, but nothing seem to work.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. I can get it to work if I fiddle with it, but I don't use my iPad all that much - maybe once or twice a week - and everything is in pristine condition. I keep the smart keyboard folio attached to the iPad all the time, and it's inside the leather Apple sleeve inside a laptop case when I'm not using it, or when transporting it, so there's no reason on earth that this accessory should be failing on me due to worn connectors or internal wiring as many of the responses on the Apple forums suggest. Frustrating, especially since I can't just walk into the Apple store to show them due to COVID.
