iPod Smart playlist for iPod (top 25) w/o Sync??

Does anyone know if there's a way to make a (top 25 most played) smart playlist for my iPod Classic in manual mode? I don't want it to auto sync and I can't figure out a way to do this unless it is in sync mode. Thanks!!

Make sure your highlight your iPod in "Devices". Then go to File>New Smart Playlist. Then, edit and call the Smart List as you want.
