They all need a light background to show the dead notch space relative to the hole punch. Note 10+ is truist to 6.8" screen size/area. The others probably more like minus 1/2".

I'm honestly curious why the iPhone weighs so much more, guessing the stainless steel? Owning all phones on the list that are available, the weight is noticeable. Not sure it would be if you didn't. But I love having great phones on android and iOS.

Probably because it's full of s ...er Gold. Yeah that's it o_O:eek::rolleyes::p seriously though it's probably the chassis and maybe a slightly denser battery. Even slightly thicker glass? Will have to watch Jerry rig tear into it :)

Bingo. Steel is about 2.5x denser than aerospace grade aluminum which Samsung has been using since 2015 Galaxy S6.

Even aluminum have different grades. Here's a comparison of 6013 used in the Galaxy S6 vs 6061 in the iPhone 6 that had the reputation for bending. Notice the strength difference.

Apple will always win the hardware wars for my liking as i never use a case and man their phones feel so good in the hand.

Now if they can find a way to get rid of that notch ala OP7 that is my heaven.

I see it happening like this:

2020: all screen iPhones
2021: Apple will introduce their first foldable iPhone, along with the 2021 all screen iPhones
