Am I not being paranoid to think the smashed UPS box is a threat to the APP2 inside the box?
The APP2 box is not dented in any way visible to me. I have not yet opened the Apple box as I am undecided about keeping this third unit with limited duties.

You are unnecessarily worrying about this. If it was a MacBook, I’d say be worried. They don’t have enough mass to be damaged. Unless the AirPods were physically crushed, it’s fine. You could beat that box with a baseball bat then throw it out of a moving car at 75 mph and they would still be fine.

Hmmm. I am probably not going to try the 'speeding car' test!

That appears to be a huge box for a tiny box of AirPods! As others have said they will be fine.
