iPhone SMS count seconds before sending

Hello there!
Sorry to say, but I'm an Android-user, but I just have to help my daughter.
I have a great app for sending SMS on my Galaxy S6. It count 9 seconds before sending the message and I have a chance to regret... and with this app I actually does sometimes!
She's very envious and "want" same feature on her iPhone 6.
But have I have trying to find a similear for IOS without any luck.
I give up and hope some nice people in here can help.
Please remember it's SMS!
