SMS fails after updating to IPCC 5.1

So I updated to the 5.1 IPCC a few days ago and MMS/SMS have been working fine ever since. Same with my dad's iPhone. This morning, we started having problems sending any messages -- including SMS. Has anyone else experienced this?

I suggest you just put 5.0 on the phone again and wait one week.

try resetting network settings?

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
