Is automatic SMS forwarding possible to two different iphones (two different users)?

We have a dedicated iPhone here in IT for Multi-Factor-Authentication text messages.

My boss and I use it for shared resource authentication (e.g. our company DNS, office 365, etc).

When one of us travels, it's a hassle to contact the other to get them to tell the 6 digit code.

Any way we can configure that phone so we both have access to the texted MFA codes?

I suppose we could scrap all the accounts and switch over to Google Voice and check it from a pc web browser but this isn't my first choice.

Any thoughts / out-of-the box suggestions?

Thanks,
Mike

One possibility might be to use a Google Voice number for the multi-factor authentication. I believe you could add both phone numbers to the GV account and use the GV app for receiving the codes.
