SMS Password Application?

I'd like for the SMS app to require a password upon opening it. Is there an app for this? I'm not a fan of entering my password every time I go into my phone, and this doesn't prevent people who request to use/play with my phone from looking at them. Is there anything out there that can do this? I need it pretty badly. Thanks in advance.

If you're jailbroken you can use biteSMS which has in-built password protection.

Or you can use iProtect and then select to lock the SMS app.

Use Madvlock!!!! Its a very nice and useful app. It allows you to add passwords to any applications you want and you can encrypt and hide any file on your phone also Its on Cydia
