SMS Relay - Only Receives, Can't Send

I can receive SMS on my Mac, but for some reason they won't send. I get a red box around the contacts name. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.

In Messages preferences you have "can be reached for messages at" and both your mobile number and an email address ticked?

On your iPhone in Message settings you have the same number and email address selected under Send & Receive?

If all good, try a disable and enable on the phone messaging....?
