Why didn't they just put this into the One and GS4?
Because like the S4, and S4 Pro I'm guessing it wasn't ready in time. The Note 3 will have it though, as I'm sure the Nexus 5 will too!

Glad I am waiting to Jan for my upgrade though. I will have plenty of phones to choose from with this CPU.
rumors say that the upcoming variant of the GS4, which has an advanced LTE will be sporting this monster...really excited
