Will this be ready for the Galaxy S6? I can't see Samsung doing a carry over processor from 2014 in their 2015 flagship, and this will have high marketability in restoring the Galaxy line to the top of the food chain after losing ground this year.

Looks like sampling availability for the 810 is set for the first half of 2015, so devices should be shipping out by by mid q3 2015.

I don't think it will be ready for devices launching at MWC in February, shipping in q2 15.
I'm pretty sure the 810 Will be used in the Galaxy note 5 And lg g4.

Im not entirely sure about the s6, wsj is reporting terrible s5 sales so Samsung might keep the s6 in the oven a little longer and ship the device in q3 15 instead of q2 15.

The 810 is using native arm cores so samsung already has this very same chips out now.

Its in the exynos note 4 but with 64 bit disabled in the kernel

It was also the first phone to use there new 20nm fab so the gs6 will just get the same 5433 soc but renamed exynos 7 and enable 64 bit

This will be the upgrade of all upgrades. A true 64-bit with 4GB DRAM and not the fke 64-bit with 1GB that suffers browser tab reloads, premature background app closures and low memory crashes. Qualcomm should just slap Nexus on these devices and sell them on the Google Play store.

Don't forget 802.11ad and BeiDou support, although all Snapdragon x10 devices will support that.

The only thing disappointing is the screen. Instead of that needlessly high resolution, they should work on increasing the latency of it. That's where Apple still beats everybody. But I guess until Apple makes some advancement and announces it in their press conference, no other manufacturer will do it.
