Does anybody know how to install it it says installation failed

Try rolling back your system clock to 2012/2013. Anything from Apple I try to install on Snow Leopard has always given a nonspecific error without doing this (10.6.8 combo, iLife, iWork etc).

If that fails upload the log. Is this a disc or a downloaded image? Might be a bad image as well.

That means the error is an expired signature. 10.7 or above will warn you and let you bypass it. Snow Leopard will not.

If you don't want to reset the date, the other way to fix it is to remove the certificate from the pkg. The easiest way to do that is to expand the package and contract it again.

Code:
pkgutil --expand /Path/To/Package.pkg ~/Desktop/temp
pkgutil --flatten ~/Desktop/temp /Path/To/Package-fixed.pkg

I don't need to do this with my retail iWork disc, though, iirc it's not signed...
