So GM build only available for developers and not beta users?

Hi so I installed Catalina via beta but noticed it’s not updating to GM Catalina. Only developer accounts have access to GM version? Please clarify thanks!

Both developer and public beta program members get the same Catalina GM seed, which shows as developer beta 11 and public beta 10 in software update. When you’re done, you should have build number 19A582a.
