Recently ran into this with a couple of bike movies I own, but figured it was due to the documentary status etc or something weird like that. Just tried to rip ratatouille today using both handbrake and mac the ripper and neither one could do it. Handbrake just made a 2 mbps file and thought it was done and mac the ripper kept getting errors. From what I googled, it seems that certain movies have errors input into them to stump the programs like handbrake out there. Is there any truth to this?

Yep, the only program that'll rip em all is for PC, and it's called Any DVD, available at www.slysoft.com. Been using it for "years". They don't make a Mac version "yet", they even support Blue Ray:cool:. Frequently updated, ( like sometimes twice a week)it'll rip anything. I guess I'll have to keep the ol Athlon 64 Single Core 3700 for movie duty. With a 150 GB WD 10,000 RPM Raptor and 8 Gb Ocz Ram It'll rip/burn anything in under 30 minutes, while I make the covers using Cover XP Pro:D
