Had my new 13" MBP TB for over a month now and my photo library seems to STILL be getting analyzed and "synced". Actually, probably just analyzed as photo agent still come up all the time and takes up resources/uses high amt of energy. I'm only basing this on when I click on the 'faces' option and see that it barely budges each day.. maybe a couple hundred?

Any ideas? Tried booting into safe mode and leaving it last night, but no luck there..

I thought the same thing after the first couple of days and I do reboot regularly and even hit that pause/ reboot, then unpause the process from within the settings of the Photos app as well. Wonder if anyone has any problems similarly with similar sized libraries.

I have 3200+ photos (out of 32k+) yet to be analyzed since September. No amount of rebooting, repairing the library or reinstalling fixes it. It just won't continue. I guess there's a corrupted photo that stalls the analysis but the process should be much more fault-tolerant.

I went into the people section and just confirmed a couple more photos, after doing that, it started again but still at a very sluggish pace. Not sure if we need to keep doing 'activity' within to keep the processing up?
