iClous is a lock-in feature, to keep people from straying to all the new competing music offerings. Pretty clever, I think.

It happens in every country. Annoying as hell. Its either there to look better or sound better, or just for that awkward moment when they realise that YES, yes I would like my 1 penny/cent change back, thank you very much.
