I can play with this phone for 2 weeks until release day of 6S... then I have a decision to make. My choices...

#1. Return Moto X Pure and get iPhone 6S.

#2. Keep Moto X Pure and don't get iPhone 6S.

#3. Keep Moto X Pure as a backup if I decide to get 6S. I like both iOS and Android platforms. I could keep the Moto X for my Android fix, even if I don't keep a SIM in it.

Please let us know about the battery life on the Moto. As most reviews are claiming it's not that great as expected.

does the Moto x use a nano sim or micro sim using converters is pain when switching between phones, save your cash pick one (Iphone) :)

Great Product
Great Service
2 Year warranty with accidental damage with apple care Plus
can go to a Apple store and speak to a tech and get your phone questions or issues taken care of

Don't think this belongs here. I am coming from an iPhone 6 but using the moto x pure is a really smooth experience unlike Samsung phones (touchwiz). If anyone is bored of ios i suggest the moto x pure because its super smooth like the iPhone with more physical and software customization.

I did preorder an iPhone 6s as well just to try out both to see what I like in the end. They both offer a good trial period.

I would say option #3 if money doesn't bother you too much... You will have 2 phones to switch in between whenever you feel like using one or the other and shouldn't be a problem when both of them uses nano sim.. Just some apps, etc. might have to be transfer back and forth..

I plan on getting the Nexus 5X or whatever it is called when it comes out as a back up phone or a phone just to play around with on Android since I also like having both OS.

Really depends how much you like Android or iOS and how much cash you'd save our pay up at the end of the day. And you've gone for big vs little screen there instead of 6s Plus vs Style.

Personally my interest in the Pure/Style has faded. I like the QHD and quick charge but would miss a fingerprint scanner too much. I think I've also left non-metal phones behind.

I'm looking forward to 3D Touch, which I think will be incredibly useful, and the camera. However I've gone for a 6s Plus because I also want photo/video OIS and a bigger battery especially without quick charging. My dilemma is to choose between the 6s Plus or the Note 5. Or keep both.

Every phone has drawbacks so trial them both and see what works best.

Agree with this. Trial a moto x pure through amazon until your 6s comes in and see which one you like most. Return the other one.

I think the 2015 Moto X is too big in my opinion, but I think you should keep the Moto X and upgrade next year when the iPhone 7 is out.
